Synopsis

After killing Black Mask and paralyzing the new Robin, Tim Drake, Jason Todd has parted ways with the Suicide Squad, now building a group of his own Outlaws in Gotham City. But, while focusing on his forming his own team, the Red Hood has not forgotten about his targets, and has his eyes set on the Joker as his next victim of unbridled revenge. After all, he was tortured beyond repair by the infamous Clown Prince of Crime...

Description of "The Disheveled Man" (Post-Credits Scene):

After escaping the Joker's hideout, Jason Todd and the Outlaws descend further into Gotham's underworld, where they bumb into a man wearing wrappings and certain pieces of technology on his body. Jason immediately recognizes this to be Doctor Jonathan Crane, otherwise known as the Scarecrow, and is about to shoot him, when the Scarecrow says, "Easy there, Mr. Red Hood! I am here to discuss something with you..." Jason stops, and lowers his gun, before asking, "What do you want, Scarecrow?" before Crane replies, "I've been having this idea of decorating Gotham for Halloween..." and pulls out a picture of Batman with a target on it, which convinces Jason to join the Scarecrow, ending the film.
