This biopic will talk about Jeanna Giese-Frassetto, who at age 15 in 2004, was able to survive a rabies infection without getting vaccinated. In Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Jeanna was bitten by a bat during a church service and she was diagnosed with the disease a few days later after showing symptoms. She had to be put in a medically induced coma while the doctors working on her did an experimental procedure that prevents the rabies virus from accessing her brain.
