Synopsis

After enlisting the help of his nephew Virgil, Jefferson Pierce teams up with other allies to deal with a crime lord bent on making noise to dominate the streets of Chicago. Based on the team of the same name, 'The Outsiders' serves as a sequel to the events of 'Suicide Squad 2: Assault on Arkham' and 'Static Shock' respectively.

Description of Amanda Waller (Post-Credits Scene):

The scene shows Waller drinking coffee at a table, until he unexpectedly comes across Katana. - I thought you would be far away from here, Samurai. Katana responds while dropping her weapon: - I still haven't finished something here. You can arrest me. - And what would it be? - I don't think you would understand. Before the screen fades to black, Katana is handcuffed by Waller, before continuing the conversation. - Honestly, I don't even think I need to. I think your squadron will enjoy seeing her again.
