Synopsis

After the incident involving the merging of two realms by the Anti-Monitor and the formation of the Skull Egg Zone and the Ra Moon attack, Dr. Wily is taken into custody by the Time Variance Authority, who have asked him to repay his debts to the Multiverse by helping them restore the sacred timeline after a series of incidents occur, as well as find out just who exactly the person behind all of it is. But naturally, Wily has other motives.

Description of “The Culprit”:

The TVA soon finds that the culprit is none other than Wily, but not the one of the main earth, but rather one from another timeline known under the moniker of Pariah, who saw the birth of the Multiverse, which The Monitor responded by destroying his Earth. Now he has supposedly partnered with the Anti-Monitor to create something of a crisis.
