Synopsis

In modern-day New York City, 17-year-old Clary Fray discovers she's not just a regular teen—she's part of a hidden world of warriors known as Shadowhunters, descendants of angels tasked with protecting humanity from demons. Age: 18 Height: 5'2" Appearance: Petite build, bright green eyes, curly red hair (coppery-orange), fair skin with freckles. Ethnicity: Irish-American (reflecting her red hair/fair skin from the books). Personality: Curious, brave, impulsive, artistic, loyal. She grows from naive to determined and confident, especially as she accepts her Shadowhunter heritage.
