Synopsis

Being the king of Celesteville can normally be considered peaceful for Babar, even more so after so long with this responsibility - but sometimes, some challenges can still be a bit of a headache. Especially when it involves another king a little more temperamental, and self-serving, than he is. With the help of his friends and family, Babar now will have to do what he can if he wants to avoid a conflict that is about to erupt.

Description of Victor Rataxes:

[Babar] - Thanks for the help. - You're welcome, elephant king. Your children helped me with this. The son of Rataxes, who despite being a little tough and self-centered like himself, ends up becoming friends with the children of Babar, where he decides to help them to disrupt these plans. Despite everything, he knows that his father isn't really a bad guy - just a little troublesome.
