Synopsis

Jervis Tetch is a bizarre but brilliant researcher, fascinated by Lewis Carrol's work, that he regularly quotes. Working for a subsidiary of WayneEnterprise, he creates technology that can control people's will by being hidden in hats, but keeps it to himself.
