After two movies of Anthony Ivo causing chaos The Batman and The Red Tornado team up to stop him but realise that they cannot do it on their own, Bruce tells Tornado that he has been keeping tabs on hero's that could potentially make good allies they then go separate ways to build a team of the greatest hero's known to mankind and together they work hard and bring down Professor Ivo And his army of androids.
