Thomas Rogan was born on February 9th, 1966. He became top agent of the American government agency AMS. Rogan was known for his courage and keen decision-making, though he had a reputation for being a "hothead". In 1998, Rogan was engaged to Sophie Richards, a researcher for the DBR Corporation. He met DBR research director Dr. Curien several times. During this time, DBR engaged in top-secret research involving the BioReactor, Curien's DNA-editing machine, within the Curien Mansion
