Synopsis

A freak lightning strike combined with chemical exposure transforms forensic scientist Barry Allen into the fastest man alive. Struggling to control his unstable connection to the Speed Force, Barry’s life spirals between chaos and self-discovery until he is approached by Jay Garrick, a retired speedster from a forgotten generation. Jay becomes Barry’s mentor, teaching him that speed is not just power, but purpose — that a hero’s true strength is knowing when to stop running. Meanwhile, Leonard Snart, calling himself Captain Cold, uses stolen alien freeze technology left behind from the Brainiac invasion to hold Central City hostage. Barry, still learning to control his abilities, faces Cold’s escalating threat while haunted by visions of his mother’s murder and the lingering image of a yellow lightning blur at the scene. With Jay’s guidance, Barry masters phasing and time-slowing techniques, defeating Cold not through force but with precision and compassion. Yet the mystery of the yellow blur remains, a dark presence on the edge of his journey. Post Credits: Barry returns home, weary, only to find a winged metal helmet placed on his table. The camera slowly pushes into the helmet’s shining surface, the reflection shifting into a vision of the past — a young Justice Society of America standing together.
