Description of Impulse/Kid Flash (Bart Allen):

Bartholomew Henry Allen III is Barry's grandson from the future, he was born with the connection of the speed force that which made him age faster thanks to his accelerated metabolism and after some experiments Bart returned to normal growth both physically and mentally and he back to the past to learn about his powers with Wally, and after a long time being the hero impulse he turned into the second Kid Flash
