Synopsis

The Central City police have been dealing with the figure of Jack Monteleone (nicknamed 'Candyman' in the region) and his drug dealing for years, but he has always managed to conduct his business in the shadows. For that very reason, if someone like that decides to show up to do things, something is definitely not right, which is where the Flash duo comes in. And while dealing with threats they're used to, Barry and Wally will also have to deal with much more real problems caused by Monteleone's crimes. The Flash: Life in Seconds is the 4th installment of the franchise in this universe, and also responsible for starting the so-called 'Phase 4'.

Description of Bruno "Ugly" Mannheim:

With Whisper A'Daire out of the game, Bruno Mannheim found himself having to retake all of his top Intergang posts as he joined forces in Central City with Jack Monteleone, including tech equipment. He is eventually arrested by Barry & Wally, along with their henchmen, before being transferred to Metropolis Prison. The group's weaponry is also confiscated, although they refuse to say how they got it.
