Synopsis

When a Speed Force storm hits Central City and grants several individuals the power of super speed, it’s up to Wally West to help train them in the ways of the Flash! However, when a villain with ties to Wally and his past threatens the safety of those he loves, Wally finds himself on a mission that sees him unlock his time traveling abilities and push himself beyond his limits.
