Synopsis

Barry Allen and his partner Wally West continue their routine of foiling criminal plans through the streets of Central City. However, things get back to becoming darker than that, as the pair begin to realize that there is another Speedster in town, taking the law into their own hands. In this scenario, the speedy duo will have to stop this new figure, but as Barry will discover, things can always get more complex. Even more so when that someone was once your ally.

Description of Godspeed (August Heart - Main Villain):

Then Barry's partner in the Central City Police Department, August was the only witness to the accident that turned him into the Flash. On a recent day, he ended up being struck by lightning during a Speed Force storm in the city, where he decided to become a ruthless vigilante known as the Godspeed, to exact revenge on the one he suspected was his brother's killer, who had been released for lack of evidence. Godspeed and Barry have an intense battle over the city, but with Wally's help, Flash defeats him, taking advantage of the instability of Heart's powers. August is later incarcerated in Iron Heights, where he comes to realize the atrocities he has committed.
