VERY loosely inspired by David S Goyer's unmade Flash movie
set in Central City it revolves around Wally West being the Flash as he struggles to live up to the legacy of Barry Allen ever since Barry years ago seemingly disappeared into the Speed Force without a trace as well as the fact Wally has to deal with the threat of Gorilla Grodd and Gorilla City
