"The Emperor is not wearing anything! At all!"
In this retelling of the classic Andersen's fairytale set in Imperial Japan, two conman get commissioned for the Emperor to tailor a wonderful suit that nobody who is stupid can see. The two conmen don't tailor anything, making everyone compliment them to avoid being mistaken for stupid. In the meanwhile, Tomari, the Emperor's daughter, lives sadly for being segregated in her rooms, and starts a forbidden love with Kenji, the younger of the two conmen. What could ever happen? And what else could happen, if the not-so-young-yet-charming Empress doesn't love her husband anymore and develops a crush on Sanji, the older conman?
