Synopsis

: Born on the floating city of New Atlantis, Rook's childhood was steeped in tales of Earth's lost oceans and the boundless potential of space exploration. Inspired by his grandfather's heroic tales of naval battles against space pirates, he enlisted in the Galactic Union Navy at 18. An incident with an alien artifact during his first mission resulted in the loss of his arm and a promotion to the elite Starfall Initiative, an interdimensional peacekeeping force. Despite his youth, he quickly rose through the ranks due to his tactical brilliance and unyielding valor.
