Diverse Sequel???
A little more than two decades after five high school students from different walks of life endured a Saturday detention under a power-hungry principal, a new one faces Saturday detention from said principal's daughter in the same school. The disparate group includes charismatic leader Darren (Rorrie D. Travis), inventor Alejandra (Cree Cicchino), anime enthusiast Lily (Malina Weissman), brainy Chase (Daniel Padilla) and Adam (Lofton Shaw), the jock. Each has a chance to tell his or her story, making the others see them a little differently -- and when the day ends, they question whether school will ever be the same. (Author's note: I didn't want it to be TOO copy-and-pasted, but rather, updated to modern standards.)
