Assuming that Spider-Man from Andrew Garfield's Universe is a darker, sadder, heavier and more realistic version of the character, where everything seems to go wrong, like the death of Gwen Stacy, in this film Spider-Man will face the Sinister Six, Venom , Black Cat, Morbius and many other characters will appear, and as said in the title, Spider-Man will lose the battle and will die in the end.
