Synopsis

Description of Commissioner. Harvey Howell:

Commissioner Harvey Howell is the father of Holly Howell and the police commissioner of Seattle. He is a stern, just, and dedicated law enforcement officer in his late forties. Commissioner Howell is deeply committed to maintaining peace and order in the city, often finding himself at odds with the vigilante actions of Spider-Man. He is authoritative, principled, and has a strong sense of duty.
