Description of Billy John Kricfalusi (Billy John Mega):

Billy John Mega was born Billy John Kricfalusi. He's the son of Kim Whalen and John Kricfalusi, and the adopted son of Curt Mega. Billy was the result of an affair that Kim had with John when she met him at a club called Dixie's and they had sex in a bathroom stall - ultimately conceiving Billy. Billy was born at Oak Valley Hospital in Willowdale, Indiana. He was delivered by Dr. Peter Booth with the help of Summer and Quinn.
