Synopsis

It's an Autumn in Gotham after the destructive flood has taken down the city for a quite long time. The Batman, James Gordon, and a journalist named Vicki Vale are on investigation for finding a missing weapon prototype that is rumored to be an old German futuristic technology and a long-covered murder of a German-born Scientist wife that traumatize the man deeply. The mystery remained unknown until the recent murder patterns of mutilated faces and also the involvement of a secret society that the scientist had in previous projects.

But one day, she witnessed a surprising moment when Cobblepot's Connection to Roman Sionis and a vice mayor of Gotham. And with a stealing accusation coming to her, the only way to do is to call Selina and hope she can fight back against them.
