Synopsis

It's an Autumn in Gotham after the destructive flood has taken down the city for a quite long time. The Batman, James Gordon, and a journalist named Vicki Vale are on investigation for finding a missing weapon prototype that is rumored to be an old German futuristic technology and a long-covered murder of a German-born Scientist wife that traumatize the man deeply. The mystery remained unknown until the recent murder patterns of mutilated faces and also the involvement of a secret society that the scientist had in previous projects.

The Role of the Commissioner is now on his shoulder, James Gordon now helping the Batman find the truth about the murder spree across the city that left many mutilated and no faced victims in Bludhaven and Gotham. But, thankfully, with Detective Bullocks and Officer Renee Montoya on his back, this case now lead to something sinister that include the oldest secret institution under Gotham's Skyscrapers.
