Synopsis

After witnessing the death of his parents, billionaire Bruce Wayne travels the world to learn the means of fighting injustice. Upon returning to Gotham 8-years later, he seeks to fight the crime and corruption that has plagued the city for so long as the vigilante known as "Batman." But when a deformed madman calling himself "The Joker" seeks to take control of Gotham's criminal underworld, Batman must find a way to defeat probably his most ruthless nemesis yet.

Description of Sergeant Arnold J. Flass:

Arnold John Flass is a supporting antagonist of The Batman. He is a sadistic and corrupt Sergeant within the Gotham City Police Department who, alongside Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb, is in the pocket of mob boss Carmine Falcone and profits from organized crime. He is also the nemesis of Lieutenant Jim Gordon.
