Description of Helmut Zemo (Main Antagonist):
Halfway through the film, Both teams realise that Zemo was responsible for the accords and the civil war. Zemo ends up killing loads of heroes as well as many people in terrorist attacks. He is eventually killed by the end of the film by hanging.
