Synopsis

A group of teenagers in a small town survives the outbreak of a fast-spreading zombie virus, watching as their world collapses. With no adults left to lead, they form their own rules, scavenging and defending against both the undead and rival survivors. As they search for safety, they discover hints of a hidden underground facility that may hold the cure—or a darker secret.

But not before he fatally shoots Anne. As Jacob mourns Anne, masked soldiers arrive and escort them to a helicopter, which flies over a vast desert wasteland toward a ruined city.
