Synopsis

Set in the world of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, Batman continues to fight crime in Gotham despite being hunted down by the police, who believe the vigilante responsible for the death of Harvey Dent. Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne struggles to decide whether the city still needs Batman. A new detective named E. Nigma attempts to bring down the crusader once and for all by interviewing people he has allegedly interacted with following Dent's passing. Nigma files these events as "The Nine Unconfirmed Sightings of The Batman".

A deformed crime boss in Gotham who was born into a wealthy crime family and is known for dealing weapons. He is known amongst Gotham's underworld as "The Penguin", a name he is not very keen on.
