Synopsis

When adults and children start to go missing in the small-town of Tillamook, Oregon, seven cousins use their Summer to investigative the mysterious disappearances. The ancient monster behind all the terror tries to stop them, he’s a vampire like creature dressed like an ice cream man.

A creepy tall and skinny man, with a haunting smile. Has short brown hair which you can’t see very well because he usually wears an ice cream man hat, but he does have a brown curl that sticks out front of the hat. Very pale, pointed ears, long fingernails
