Description of Vigilante (Casey Jones):

Casey Jones grew up as a native of the city. Growing up in a troubled neighborhood with his dad and older brother. When he was younger he wasn’t good at much but he was great at hockey. As well as having great charm. The only reason why April decided to date him. And after getting kicked off his hockey team, he decided to use his anger for good. Use it to help the neighborhood that he grew up in, leading up to him meeting Raph.
