Description of The Rat King:

An animal psychologist who suffered from a rare mental disorder, he found himself in the sewers of New York. Becoming poor he was forced to live there. One rainy day while up in the surface he was greeting by a strange man in a cloak who gave him a flute which enabled him to control rats who were his only friend.
