Synopsis

The casting should consist of actors no older than 21 (for the first film) who can convincingly play teenagers by the time this hypothetical film releases in 2027. Think outside the box with these casting decisions, don't JUST typecast actors because they play other characters with a similar personality.

Description of Beast Boy:

Beast Boy should be the most youthful amongst the Titans, and the actor should be able to play him as very energized. I like the idea of Beast Boy being played by a trans/non-binary actor, as there's a lot you can read into it, even if the character himself isn't trans.
