Synopsis

A powerful force, led by the new enemy Master Hand, has gone from universe to universe looking for worthy warriors and see which one will come on top and be his second in command. He has found at least one in every single universe. But he had to coerce them by capturing their friends, families or allies. Mario and Sonic have to rescue Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Peach because if they didn't choose to do it by Master Hand's orders, he would destroy their worlds. Unlikely friendships forge beginning with fighting to start with. But together, they will destroy Master Hand and save the multiverse.

Description of Kirby (Fighter #8):

Kirby was the only one from his world that got sucked into a portal by Master Hand because he underestimated the power within the small, pink orb. Kirby was stumbling along when he met the Fellowship of Smash, and joined them because he wanted to help them reunite with their friends and bring them back to their worlds. Kirby is not one to talk more than one word, but he is a mighty warrior, nonetheless. Pikachu and Kirby may be on each other's case because they're challenging for the "Cutest Smash Fighter" title. but they'll be friends in the future. (Maybe.)
