Synopsis

(DISCLAIMER: Since the Melee game didn't have a plot, I made one of my own.) Master Hand has been defeated. The Smash fighters separate to go to their own worlds. But as they leave the ashes of battle, a deeper revelation dawns: Bowser is not dead. As Master Hand's energy seeps from his form, it contaminates Bowser, reviving him and making him stronger than ever before. He is no longer "puny, old Bowser." He is . . . Giga Bowser!!!! Giga Bowser has revived and upgraded Ridley, and has allied himself with Fox’s arch enemy Wolf, Hyrule’s enemy Ganondorf, Now Mario, Sonic, Link, and all of the fighters must travel to different worlds, meet new arrivals, and fight Giga Bowser and his new allies. If they don't stop him. . . heaven help us.

Description of Plot Twist (Traitor!!!!):

Mewtwo watched as Giga Bowser beat up all of the Smash Fighters. After all of Pikachu's attempts to make Mewtwo turn, the powerful Pokemon has finally made up his mind. Just when Giga Bowser was going to deliver the finishing blow, Mewtwo sent a powerful attack, getting Giga's attention!! Giga Bowser yelled "TRAITOR!!!!" and attacked him instead, giving the Smash Fighters a chance to do a flanking maneuver to attack Giga Bowser!!!! Mewtwo has officially become a new Smash Fighter, becoming the third Pokemon on the team.
