Synopsis

In the wake of a consequential Presidential election, five tightly knit multiracial families and a mutual friend of theirs live in inviting down-home progressive cities in a far backsliding conservative state. Arming themselves, they lead their neighbors in defending their homes from militant Right-wing terrorist legions, and they must hold on until vital aid can be delivered from the President-elect.

Description of Michael "Mike" McPherson (Captain "Hillbilly"):

With the ill-gained rank of Captain, Michael “Hillbilly” McPherson is the new “tactical expert” of the Black Phantom and White Ghost divisions of the ACL forces in Texas. McPherson seems to act very childish as his understanding of the world is one which he has been brainwashed to believe is under violent siege by those who are not Aryan/White/Christian/Heterosexual/Cisgender/Able-bodied like him and the rest of the ACL forces.
