Synopsis

With the defeat of General M. Bison and Thailand finally being released from Shadowlaw’s grip, a new threat arises and it may just have connections to Shadowlaw itself. Colonel Guile and Chun-Li call back their allies in order to stop the threat from spreading.

Now a cyborg that has become more machine and man, Vega's twisted perception of beauty has rendered him insane and he finds himself believing he is the next generation of human evolution.
