Synopsis

With the defeat of General M. Bison and Thailand finally being released from Shadowlaw’s grip, a new threat arises and it may just have connections to Shadowlaw itself. Colonel Guile and Chun-Li call back their allies in order to stop the threat from spreading.

With a twisted view of the world, guerrilla warfare specialist Rolento truly believes in S.I.N.'s mission of taking over the world and enforcing their control on everyone. While Rolento's methods are dangerous and villainous, he seeks to be the sovereign of his own nation under S.I.N.'s global domination. Rolento serves S.I.N. as its recruiter and drill sergeant, teaching its army the best of the best tactics and combat skills.
