Synopsis

With the defeat of General M. Bison and Thailand finally being released from Shadowlaw’s grip, a new threat arises and it may just have connections to Shadowlaw itself. Colonel Guile and Chun-Li call back their allies in order to stop the threat from spreading.

Description of Decapre:

Working with S.I.N. after General M. Bison's defeat, Decapre has undergone several cybernetic operations by Dr. Senoh to better her performance. Originally finding herself badly injured from the attack on Bison's fortress, Decapre was scarred on the left side of her face. Now seeking revenge and aiding S.I.N. in their terrorist plot, she hopes to fulfill her purpose as a S.I.N. operative.
