Synopsis

With the defeat of General M. Bison and Thailand finally being released from Shadowlaw’s grip, a new threat arises and it may just have connections to Shadowlaw itself. Colonel Guile and Chun-Li call back their allies in order to stop the threat from spreading.

Description of Adon:

Once a student of Sagat, Adon has taken his teacher's place in S.I.N., which houses the last of Shadowlaw's remnants. Serving under Juri Han and Seth, Adon assists in carrying out various terrorist attacks on countries to further S.I.N.'s goals of global domination.
