After some time, he surprises the Federation with a treacherous attack on Federation ships and colonies on the borders of the outer sectors, thus provoking a new war between the Romulans and the Federation. Character personality: A charismatic but dark man with sharp features. He is full of hatred for the Federation and longs to destroy it. His reasons are that he accuses the Federation of trying to weaken the Romulan Empire and perceives the peace concluded by his predecessors as humiliation. He does not care about the victims, and his ruthlessness and arrogance lead to his downfall.
