Synopsis

While the crew of the starship Voyager manage in the Delta Quadrant back in the Alpha Quadrant on another ship, with another crew, follow the adventures of the USS Endeavour (NCC-39123) on their mission to also "go where no human has gone before."

Description of Lieutenant Derha Kal:

She is a joined Trill. The symbiont Kal is over 622 years old. They are extremely tired as a being and find there is not a lot of things they haven't seen, it's primarily the reason why they entered into the body of a Starfleet officer, in order to experience anything new, even if it ultimately leads to their death. Meanwhile Derha is somewhat of an optimist with an explorers soul at heart. It's why she wanted to join with Kal, to learn about all the things he'd learnt. After having joined with Kal her enthusiasm was tempered but merged very well with Kal's desires. They are short tempered and do not have time for any nonsense but do enjoy a good drink.
