Description of Commander Emilia Vega:

She is an allasomorph from the planet Daled IV who was tasked with integrating into human society and the Federation in order to determine if Daled IV should join the federation, thus she has obtained the rank of Commander and serves as first officer while keeping her allasomorph side hidden. She is a serious person and often compared (unfavourably) to a Vulcan but her dedication to her captain and her ship has earned her praise. She tells everyone that she is from a small human colony on a insignificant planet.
