Synopsis

Lloyd Forger is a former career soldier, a Captain in the US Army Rangers who rose from the enlisted ranks and fought in the Korean War. Instead of going to Vietnam for his next assignment, he was sent by the CIA to Germany for counterintelligence operations against the Soviet-occupied Eastern front. In the process, he has to contend with complications from upper brass within his spy network and formation of his little "family" of operatives.

Description of Henry Henderson (Headmaster, Eden College):

Retired British Army Colonel and former commander of The Rifles regiment. He fought in World War 2 and the Indochina War before retirement. A meticulous yet refined gentleman through and through, he obsesses over anything that simply displays elegance and sophistication. Despite his prestige in life, he remains unmarried with no children and, instead, solely dedicates himself to enriching the livelihood of students at Eden College.
