Synopsis

Elio Brown is continuing his reign as King of Zaron ever since the defeat of the Lord of Darkness. However, the kids have decided to play superheroes instead, and Elio is caught in between the war with Coon and Friends and the Freedom Pals. How will this series of events turn out?

Description of Doctor Timothy (Timmy Burch):

Weak in physical prowess, but having a mind more intelligent than most normal beings, Doctor Timothy is the leader of the Freedom Pals, being its strongest member. Despite normally being capable of only saying his name and being confined to a wheelchair, Doctor Timothy can communicate fully with his powers of telepathy. He is cunning and will resort to harsh treatment on his enemies in combat, including mind control and extracting information out of people’s minds.
