Scrap Your Knuckles. Catch Some Tails. Metal Sonic is back for revenge!
Sonic and his friends travel to Dr. Eggman’s newest utopian city of Robotropolis/Eggmanland to stop and defeat Metal Robotnik and Metal Sonic who is rebuilt to survive from a dark future for revenge and save the teenage daughter of the president, Princess Sara who is obsessed with Sonic and whom he has a one-sided crush on. The second half centers around another more conflicts between Sonic and Metal Sonic.
