Fender is one of the three engineers who work under Baron Sharpfin, and at his bequest, head to Woodburrow to help the heroes stop the growing evilization of the Cloudbreak Archipelago by upgrading their vehicles. Fender is probably the most skilled of the bunch, but with how often he rambles and goes on tangents, you probably wouldn't believe it.
