Description of Heaven:
A sky baron NPC that you meet during your travels of the Radiant Isles. Heaven is a fledgeling both in terms of age and dance experience, and constantly finds herself stumbling over her own talons. She doesn't know what her teacher Ilyrana sees in her, but perhaps banding together with her dance classmates to rescue her teacher may give her that answer.
