Hare Raiser came from one of the many places drained by magic by the Magic Eater ten years ago, and her homeland struggled to recover from its loss of magic, becoming an apocalyptic wasteland where everyone fends for themself. In a world where magic is in short supply, Hare Raiser had taken to the next best thing: alchemy! She'd spend her days developing potions that she'd use to defend herself and her burrow from the more vicious parts of the land, and would always ensure they'd blow up baddies in style.
