An NPC who appears in the Fire Element area's world quest. Heliodor is one of Ruby's three apprentices who had taken up a task to investigate rumblings of monsters emerging from the volcanic range, but gets trapped in with the monsters when he tries to investigate and has to be rescued by Ryeo and Hattie. Teenager. Fancasted VAs must be Japanese or at the very least Asian.
