Description of Hoot Loop:

An owl raised by a magician's guild in a traveling circus, which allowed him to perfect all sorts of magic in his younger years. His skills were so great that he effortlessly drove off a group of greebles who attempted to destroy the circus, which earned him a place in the Skylanders' ranks. In the original games, he speaks with a smooth, low range voice that has filters applied to it to give it an almost whimsical sound.
