Six months have passed since Wafi and his friends stopped the Doom Raiders and returned back to Earth, and life has mostly been uneventful... But soon, their portals reactivate out of nowhere, and they all find themselves called back to Skylands. There, they learn that despite the Book of Dark Magic being reclaimed, the rift situation has not settled, and in fact, has only gotten worse as both rifts and large deposits of evilization-inducing Petrified Darkness have cropped up in more and more places!
